We run weekend retreats for people who have learnt TM and would like to enhance their experience and increase the benefits. Our weekends are designed around a programme of extra group meditation sessions, simple yoga instruction and deep rest.
We also enjoy delicious vegetarian (vegan & other dietary options catered for) food and nature walks. We have group meetings, share our experiences of meditation and its benefits with a gentle focus on consciousness, creativity, enlightenment and long-term benefits.
Above all, our TM weekends are a great way to get away from the busy world, enjoy a digital detox and give ourselves deep rest & relaxation. They usually begin at 6:00pm on a Friday and end at 4:00pm on Sunday. Our 2019 prices were between £220 and £270 per person.
