Learning TM a 4-session process, which always begins at a weekend. Teaching on Zoom has proven remarkably effective since 2020 but, if at all possible, it’s best to take a hybrid course.  This means you attend in person for at least the first one-to-one instruction.  It’s great to meet your teacher in person and we spend a lot of time preparing the room and teaching materials correctly, which ensures that you have the best possible experience from the beginning. The teaching venue is my home in East Preston, West Sussex.

In circumstances where personal attendance isn’t possible, for example, due to distance, we can discuss teaching the entire course online using high quality cameras, microphones and internet connection.  We can cover all practicalities in the initial free introductory chat.
