Session One (10-15 mins)
This session is a free online chat and gives us a chance to meet each other, talk about TM, the course and any other practicalities. I’ll explain how to get the most out of the course and how to complete your booking.
Session Two (1 hour, Saturday by appointment)
You’re shown how to practice TM straight away in a one-to-one personal instruction. You then meditate at home later that day and the next day before the first group session.
Session Three (90 minutes, Sunday 10:00am)
Group session with the people who learned the day before. I show you how to make the most of your meditation, all the practical things you can do to help you derive maximum benefits and how to know if you’re meditating correctly.
Session Four (90 minutes, Sunday 3:00pm)
We explain how TM works in terms of both the mind and the body. We show how the body releases stress during meditation leading to the health benefits that TM offers.
Session Five (60 minutes, Monday 7:00pm)
We talk about the full range of experiences that regular meditation brings, expansion of consciousness and enlightenment.
Follow Up Sessions
We run regular group meditations and TM check-ups to help you get the most out of your meditation and ensure that you’re happy with TM.
